ISS and Discovery fly past Capella and Mars
Thursday, September 3rd, 2009Early morning clouds made the Discovery docked with ISS pass somewhat blotchy this morning, but it was still a stunner to behold. I never tire of watching and this pass had the duo flying above Capella, the bright star in the upper left, and then near Mars, the reddish spot toward the lower right of the frame.
I also watched Jupiter last night. It looked lonely without its bright moons.
